We will also work with you to address any repair issues if needed. With our vacancy fulfillment service you don't pay anything until your property is occupied and your lease is executed.
Our service not only stops there, we also provide ongoing property management services. We will act and respond on your behalf to all calls received from Tenants. In the event of major repair, We have licensed contractors on retainer to respond to major issues if required. Our full time staff is always a phone call away to address all your issues from mowing to pool repairs and installations to new decks and home expansions. Lee Property Management does it all.
