We currently have an active client list of pre-qualified prospective tenants. In most cases we can fill vacancies within a week to ten days. There are some instances when it may take a little bit longer. Lee Property Management will consult with you to ensure your property is marketed at optimal rent potential. We will also work with you to address any repair issues if needed.
Our service not only stops there, we also provide ongoing property management services as well. We have licensed contractors on retainer to respond to major issues if required. While out full time staff is always a phone call away to address all your issues from mowing to pool repairs and installations to new decks and home expansions. LPM does it all.
